FC Goato ride down to Fatorda with DSK Benelli superbikes

Chandigarh, 12 October2015:The FC Goa team bus is going to be escorted by 36 riders sporting themselves onDSK Benelliand Hyosungmotorcycles as the Indian Super League (ISL) outfit is set to take on Chennaiyin FC on Sunday evening.

FC Goa's latest associate sponsors this year in DSK Dream City has taken the initiative to roar along with the Gaurs from the team hotel to the home fortress.

Mr. Shrinivas Dempo, co-owner of the Goan franchise, will flag off the ride which will start from the Goa Marriott Resort & Spa and end at the gates of the Fatorda stadium in Margao while CEO Sukhwinder Singh will be wearing his helmet to step on the gears of one of the superbikes.

Earlier in the week, the DSK Benelli Goa showroom was inaugurated by Mr. Dempo in the presence of Goa's marquee player Lucio, Jofre Mateu Gonzalez and Goan superstars Romeo Fernandes and Mandar Rao Dessai.

Mr. Singh was jovially awaiting to spot an orange bike at the launch until he set his eyes on the TNT 600i limited edition gold model (pictured) which is powered by a 600cc, four-stroke and liquid-cooled engine that is tuned to generate 80.5bhp of power at 11,500rpm and a peak torque of 54.6Nm at 10,500rpm with only 60 pieces manufactured in India.

Benelli, the Italian bike maker currently has five models in its India portfolio -TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600 GT, TNT 899 and TNT R 1130 with price ranging from Rs. 2.83 lakh to. Rs 11.81 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company, which entered the Indian market in March this year, sells its bikes through its Indian partner, DSK Motowheels.
