Air India's Upgrade Offer gains popularity

National carrier Air India's ongoing 'Get Upfront Offer' under which a passenger can opt for an upgrade to a higher class of travel, for a nominal amount, is great value for money. Both domestic and international travellers can enjoy the luxury of the First and Executive class.


The scheme is available across 45 domestic stations including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Chennai till March 31, 2016. On domestic sectors, the scheme is available under two payment slabs. For distances up to 750 km, Rs5500 is applicable and for distances beyond 750 kms an amount of Rs.7500 is applicable. Service Tax is applicable.


The upgrade offer to international destinations is available to US, Europe, Middle East, Far East, SAARC and Australia. The options are from Economy Class to Business Class as also Business Class to First Class, based on the aircraft configuration.
