TAGORE DAY CELEBRATED AT SATLUJ

Tagore Day special assembly was held at Satluj Public School, Sector 4, Panchkula. Students spoke about his life and achievements. Poems and songs were recited from his noble Prize Winning book ‘Gitanjali’. Principal Krit Serai said, “It was a proud moment for India to receive the Noble Prize of Literature awarded to Sh. Rabindranath Tagore. He was the first Indian to receive the award.”
